Ping Tour Professionals
Lee Westwood
Since his first win in 1996 at the Volvo Scandinavian Masters, Westwood has gone on to win almost 30 tournaments on tour and has become a Ryder Cup hero, having been a reliable team member since 1997. Westwood is a frequent visitor to Ping’s base in the UK where Ping specialists ensure he has the right equipment to maximise his performance. Westwood is always seen smartly dressed in the Ping collection, often entertaining us with some brightly coloured sweaters.
Angel Cabrera
Angel Cabrera has used Ping products for many years to enhance his performance on the golf course. Born in 1969 in Argentina, Cabrera has made an impact on the golfing circuit worldwide. His greatest achievement came in 2007 when he triumphed in the US Open.
Miguel Angel Jimenez
Jimenez is a well loved member of the European Tour. When asked his requirements for the 2004 European Team Room at The Ryder Cup, he replied: “Roja wine, and espresso machine and cigars”. The Spanish ace, who is known for his flamboyant flair and his love of cars, makes golf fun to watch. His relaxed attitude to the game is excellent to watch. His short game is also a treat to watch, known for his great touch with his wedges.
Lorena Ochoa
As the World Number One Ladies golfer, Lorena Ochoa is a great ambassador to Ping. Having growing up in Mexico, she has become renowned as a great role model for kids. She uses Ping’s best equipment to help make sure she remains at the top of the World Rankings and continue her remarkable progress on the Ladies Tour.
